All you need to know about Coffee and Crystals Live Sales on TikTok!

To Claim:

When I hold up an item, I will show its entirety, and once it has been shown to viewers, I will show the price sticker. This price sticker will indicate the price and code that is required to claim the item. For example, I will show a fluorite tower, and when I show the price tag, it will say 'A30'. That means, the price of the item is $30, and if you want to claim that item, you will type 'A30' in the comments, and the first person that I see on my screen that has typed that, receives the item.

Payments:

Once the live sale has ended, I will then take a picture of your items that you have claimed, and post the picture on my website along with your username/name to identify that this listing belongs to you. When you see your listing has posted, you will have 24 hours to pay for those claims. You can pay via credit card, debit card, paypal, afterpay or any other credit cards that are supported by my website, and if you prefer E-TRANSFER (for Canadians) just let me know and we can do it that way :)

Fail to Pay: 

Like most businesses, failure to pay for your claims will result in your items being returned to stock. ONE reminder will be sent at the 24 hour mark if your listing has not been paid. If your listing is then not paid for a further 12 hours (with no communication), you will be banned from purchasing from future live sales.

Shipping:

Shipping will be calculated when your listings are created and posted, and will not exceed $15 (unless your items are over 20lbs). Any questions, please see our 'Shipping Policies' section.
